interests, such as the U.S. EPA and the
National Park Service. We are among the select few transportation
consulting companies under on-call contracts to the FHWA’s Offices of Safety, Operations, Planning and
Environment, and Policy; the FTA;
and several other Federal agencies.
State Agencies

of transportation policy, investment, management, and operations
issues facing state agencies. Our work includes development of long-range
statewide plans, passenger and freight travel demand forecasts, freight
and intermodal plans, ITS, and
infrastructure management. We also have worked with NCHRP and TCRP as well as AASHTO on
strategic issues and deployment of leading edge analytical tools
and decision support systems.

agencies because we bring to their unique circumstances and challenges
